Evan Schein is a partner with Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein LLP. Mr. Schein’s law career has been entirely devoted to the practice of family law. He has litigated matrimonial matters in the Supreme and Family Courts of Manhattan, Kings, Queens, Nassau, Suffolk and Rockland Counties, and has also worked extensively in the courts of Westchester County. Mr. Schein’s practice focuses on the negotiation and litigation of contested family law and matrimonial matters. He also specializes in prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Mr. Schein has been selected by Super Lawyers as a New York Rising Star in the field of Family Law since 2013.
Marielle Schurig, CDFA®, CFP® is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and leading financial planner for the Samson Group at UBS Financial Services Inc. Marielle specializes in creating customized investment solutions for individuals and families. She is a passionate educator on topics including financial planning techniques and divorce strategies. She also speaks regularly on the role of women in business and how to make the most of your wealth. Marielle graduated cum laude from Bentley University with a degree in finance.
