2015 was a year of firsts for me. I purchased my first apartment as a ‘divorcee’. For the first time in my life there was no parent or spouse telling me what to do or to catch me if I somehow defaulted. The Divorcierge held its first event in February. I’ve since held several more, all hugely successful. I had my first new individual clients who’ve taught me about the importance of my work and how rewarding it can be. I can proudly say that I have people who want to mentor me in my business, another first.
I have more new good friends than I could have ever imagined possible and I’ve made many new connections with divorce professionals that I highly respect and look forward to working with in the future.
My hope for 2016 is not a year of ‘seconds’, but rather the year that I nurture all my new relationships into lifelong ones and The Divorcierge into a service that ultimately helps change the process of divorce from an isolating one to a supportive one.
May you fulfill all your dreams in 2016 and beyond!
